Alotta Hoopla performs, teaches, entertains, makes and sells hoops in schools, festivals, parties and more. Encircling all types of people around the Pioneer Valley, AH teaches the unique mind/body connection of the hoop dance—integrating exercise, meditation, play and art into AH programs.
AH’s mission is to inspire people to connect with the spiraling rhythms within by making hooping a part of our communities and educating people about the use of hoops as tools to sculpt the body, toys to enliven the spirit and instruments for presence of mind.
